What is changing

Real Master League is being built as a companion layer for PES 2021 that makes the career mode feel more like running a football institution instead of only rotating lineups and signing wonderkids.

The current prototype adds staff departments, monthly board reviews, sponsor expectation swings, and a set of club culture modifiers that influence recruitment, morale, and season objectives.
